Due to the travelling uncertainties related to the Covid-19 pandemic, the EURL for Fish and Crustacean Diseases has decided to organize the Annual Workshops for the National Reference Laboratories (NRLs) for Fish and Crustacean Diseases 2021 as virtual meetings.
Workshop dates: 31st of May to 2nd of June 2021
The meeting will be held in three separate sessions which will take place from 31st of May to the 2nd June 2021:
- On the 31st of May, relevant legislative aspects will be presented and discussed in a session for the staff of NRLs in EU and EEA MS.
- On the 1st of June, the session will focus on fish diseases. T
- On the 2nd of June, the session will address crustacean diseases.
Details about how to register for the meeting will be send out later; please reserve the dates.
The meeting will be organized through an online meeting platform (ZOOM) for which participants will receive an outlook invitation with the link before the meeting.
Call for presentations
In order to organize an inspiring meeting, we ask participants to contribute by presenting cases of disease outbreaks in fish or crustaceans since the last annual workshop, or by presenting new scientific results related to diseases in fish or crustaceans. Presentations should preferably be about 20 min including time for questions, but shorter or longer presentations may also be accommodated.
